Yoga
Yoga supports above all the increase of our wellbeing.
The interaction of conscious breathing and movement reduces tensions, therefore
the triggers of negative stress also disappear.
When body, mind and soul
are in an equilibrium thus in harmony we can cope with all demands of us in a
better way. The immune system is activated and due to our heightened
attentiveness early bodily signals can be observed and manipulated. Yoga always
looks at the causes of symptoms and their dissolution.
Sleep becomes
more relaxing, coordination, flexibility and concentration are increased and
gradually posture and charisma are also
improved.
Clothing:
light clothing, possibly track
suit, floor mats or blankets are available
Duration: about 50 minutes (one to one sessions
or group sessions – on request)
