All rooms have been individually furnished – ideal for unwinding and
relaxing, for resting and as a retreat in one's own room at any time.
You may enjoy your stay on the Semmering in one of our exclusive themed rooms with views to the Sonnwendstein mountain. (Jugendstil – for example dedicated to Arthur Schnitzler or Peter Altenberg, country house style, Biedermeier style, honeymoon suite, room with a tiled stove, lady's or gentleman's salon) or in one of our comfortable rooms with view to the Sonnwendstein, playful details and partial parquet flooring in the Grand Hotel.
Spacious studios (in many cases with sofa-sleepers) with a special décor can be booked in the Grand Hotel and in the rear wing: (studio Hermitage, stargazer studio, Alfred Böhm studio, Family office studio, studio Toscana, studio with a tiled stove, maisonettes in the country house style).
We kindly organise baby-sitting service on request.

Woodlands view
These rooms are located in the Grand Hotel and offer a view of the woodlands. The woodlands view rooms measure between 22 and 30 square metres and are suitable for one person to two people.

View to the Sonnwendstein
The rooms with view to the Sonnwendstein are located in the Grand Hotel near the reception as well as in the rear wing near the wellness area and they measure between 45 and 49 square metres. The décor ranges from Biedermeier style, Jugendstil, comfortable room with a tiled stove to the romantic honeymoon room.

Studios and maisonettes
These rooms are located in the Grand Hotel as well as in the rear wing and they offer a view of the Sonnwendstein. In the New Panhans there are various studio types with individual decorations for this room category. The maisonettes are furnished in the French country house style.

Our apartments offer unique lifestyle on 70 square metres. In the Grand Hotel there are 3 apartments with panoramic views available. On the eighth floor in the rear wing of the hotel we can offer our guests the designer apartment with occupancy of 1 person to 4 people.

Penthouse
The penthouse is located on the eighth floor of the New Panhans.
On the lower floor of the accommodation unit, which measures about 75 square metres, there is the living room with a kitchenette. Via a staircase you reach the upper floor where there are two separate bedrooms as well as the bathroom.
