An excursion – led by the sommelier – into the wine cellar is a never-ending discovery journey through countries, regions, tiers, varieties and vintages. The main focus of our wine list lies on Austrian wines compared to the variety of foreign wines.
In order to present our guests with the treasures of the world of wines we regularly offer wine tasting as well as presentation sessions. Winegrowers are invited to these sessions to present their wines in person.
According to the occasion our chef composes a degustation menu which complements these events.
